Pollard’s new record, called Mouseman Cloud is releasing on April 3, 2012 and shows the musician letting go a little while keeping the work well crafted. It is a strong departure from his work with Guided by Voices. It follows a slew of other solo records that Pollard has released including Not in My Airforce (1996), Normal Happiness (2006), and Lord of the Birdcage (2011).
