Slash Announces New Album Apocalyptic Love + Spring 2012 Tour Dates

Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash is set to release his second studio album, Apocalyptic Love on May 22, 2012 via his label Dik Hayd International along with distribution through EMI.

Slash found previous solo success with his debut, self titled 2010 album. It reached the number one spots on the Billboard Rock, Indie, and Hard music charts (reaching #3 on the actual 200 list). Joining Slash on Apocalyptic Love are Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators. Other band members are Brent Fitz on drums, and Todd Kerns on bass. They called on Eric Valentine to produce.

In addition to the record Slash will go on tour starting May 3, 2012 in Baltimore, MD. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here. As part of the process, filming happened during the course of making the record as a behind the scenes look. Check out 3 “episodes” below.
