Filter Magazine has officially announced their second SXSW showcase – this one with American Rag at Cedar Street Courtyard. The 23-band “Showdown at Cedar Street” goes from March 15th-17th and features Keane, Kaiser Chiefs, Ed Sheeran, Band of Skulls, and Oberhofer, among many, many others. Besides top notch music, the good people at Filter and American Rag are throwing in free BBQ in the afternoon and, if past years are anything to go by, probably plenty of beverages to wash it down with.
Note: An RSVP page was passed around before but wasn’t officially operational until the announcement today. Read on after the jump for the full lineup and official RSVP link.

Remember, all these shows are strictly 21+. If you’re of age, you don’t want to miss this RSVP; unlike the Dickie’s party at Lustre Pearl also with Filter, badges are not required for the night shows. However, RSVP does not guarantee entry – if the venue is at capacity they can’t let anyone else in, so get in early!
