Sigur Rós front man Jónsi will score the new Cameron Crowe film, as reported by Pitchfork. The film, which is still being written, is comedy, and is not the first time Jónsi has worked with Crowe- the Icelandic guitarist/vocalist contributed three songs to Vanilla Sky with Sigur Rós, as well as “Gathering Stories” for Crowe’s latest film, We Are the Zoo.
Crowe has been making up for lost time following his six year absence since Elizabethtown, releasing We Are the Zoo, Pearl Jam Twenty and his Elton John/Leon Russell doc The Union, which hits HBO this month.
