Courtney Love Memoir Set to be Released Next Fall

For better or worse, Courtney Love is an iconoclast.  Some know her as the bandleader of Hole, while others will forever consider her as the woman who stood beside (or potentially against) Kurt Cobain in his darkest of days.  Now for the first time, Courtney Love is talking about a memoir that could potentially dispel or confirm the rumors that have clouded her public perception for years.

Courtney Love signed deal with publishing house HarperCollins for the memoir to be released in the fall of 2012.  The memoir is supposed to cover the details of her childhood, as well as “set the record straight” regarding all of the controversy that has surrounded her career.   It’s about time we hear Courtney’s side of the story, and this upcoming fall, we’ll get our chance.
