Danish pop group The Asteroids Galaxy Tour have announced dates for U.S. tour with Baltimore-based group Vacationer. They have also released a remixed track, “Heart Attack,” via Rolling Stone.
Since forming in 2002, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour have performed alongside stars the likes of the late Amy Winehouse, and California pop princess Katy Perry.
The group’s national headlining tour will kick off on January 31st in New York City, the same day that their forthcoming studio album, Out of Frequency will become available. The group has shared on album track, “Major,” and are now offering another sneak preview with “Hear Attack” (CSS remix) via Rolling Stone.
The group is best-known for their song “Around the Bend,” featured in an Apple iPod Touch advertisement in 2008. Their latest single, “The Golden Age” was chosen by Heineken for a 2011 campaign that also features frontwoman Mette Lindberg.
