The initial lineup for Volume 8 of Chaos in Tejas has been announced. From May 31 until June 3 in Austin, Texas, a variety of acts ranging from indie to punk to metal will take the stage for a truly Dionysian celebration of music.
As noted on the flyer, the festival takes place “in the G-spot of Texas” and should be four days filled with quality music. The initial lineup was released this week, although there are over 100 bands that are still to be announced. Some of the most notable performers included so far are Antisect, The Mob, Nasum, Best Coast, and NYC’s recently reunited band Tear It Up.
