A Sleep & A Forgetting is the band’s fourth studio album since their 2009 release, Vapours, from the ANTI- label. Their newest will also fall under the ANTI-umbrella.

“This album is far more personal than any I’ve made before,” says lead singer Nick Thorburn. “The record deals with loss, with memory and forgetting and with dreaming.”

Thorburn is coming off of an August album release, this time, with his supergroup side project,  Mister Heavenly. The group finished 2010 with string of tour dates in support of Passion Pit, with Michael Cera as touring bassist. Their first album, Out of Love, debuted on August 16.
