In Flames Announces Headlining North American Tour Presented by Full Metal Jackie

With a solid month of scheduled shows ringing in the New Year, In Flames along with Trivium, Veil of Maya, and Kyng will embark on a North American tour presented by radio personality Full Metal Jackie.  The 31 date tour will cut an awkward path through the U.S. and Canadian starting on Jan. 12 in Milwaukee, Wis.

As promised following their withdrawal from the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival in early August, In Flames is gearing up to return to the U.S. following a lengthy Fall tour throughout Europe.  Just as when they left the States, the band will once again be joined by Trivium whom played with In Flames during the Mayhem Festival tour.

In Flames departed the Mayhem Festival after a family member for one of the band members became stricken with a terminal illness, which led to the band’s decision to return home.  On their website the band issued an apology for the circumstances which brought them back home and off the tour vowing to return at the start of 2012.

This tour will mark their first appearance in the U.S. since their Aug. 1 headlining show at Amos Southend in Charlotte, N.C.
