English alternative rock outfit Band of Skulls will kick of North American tour on March 13, 2012 in Austin, TX in support of Sweet Sour, their sophomore full-length out February 21, 2012 via Electric Blues Records/Vagrant.
Serving as the follow-up to their debut 2009 full-length, Baby Darling Doll Face Honey, Sweet Sour was recorded throughout 2010-11 at the band’s Southampton home studio. Ian Davenport, who has worked with acts such as Badly Drawn Boy and Supergrass, produced the album.

The group will kick off their spring North American tour on the eve of the beginning of SXSW in the festival’s hometown of Austin, TX. From there, the band will make their way across the US and parts of Canada before concluding the tour on April 12 in San Francisco.
