The Black Keys have announced December 6 release date for their upcoming album, El Camino, from Nonesuch Records. On Wednesday, the group revealed the album’s lead single, “Lonely Boy,” available here after the jump.

Listeners looking to grab a copy on Record Store Day’s November 25 Black Friday event will have the chance to pick up a limited edition 12’’ single, packaged alongside another track, “Run Right Back.”
The full album release date was revealed via a spoof advertisement styled to look like an old car commercial, available to watch here. In the same spirit of subtle old-van-humor, The Keys launched website, wannabuyavan.com, that combines a convincing advertisement for a wood-paneled minivan along with a name and date for the upcoming album release.
El Camino will be The Black Keys’ sixth studio album following the 2010 release of Brothers, which received a Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album.
