This past August, the production team behind the upcoming Muppets reboot released a star-studded tribute album dubbed Muppets: The Green Album to the namesake squad of beloved puppets. Last week, Walt Disney Records announced details regarding the film’s official soundtrack and, with tracks featuring appearances from the likes of Paul Simon, Feist and Mickey Rooney, it’s no slouch itself.
Feist and Rooney actually perform a duet together entitled “Life’s A Happy Song,” one of four original tracks from the album written by Bret McKenzie of Flight of the Conchords. Other guests include Joanna Newsom, Andrew Bird and the film’s stars, Jason Segal and Amy Adams—the latter of which perform a cover of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” with The Muppets Barbershop Quartet.
Disney will drop The Muppets soundtrack on November 21. Check out the full track listing below:
