Puscifer Announces Fall 2011 Tour Dates and Performance on The Late Show with David Letterman

Puscifer, the eclectic comedy troupe headed by Maynard James Keenan, announced their first North American tour in support of their sophomore release, Conditions of My Parole, due out October 18 on Puscifer Entertainment. The band will also be performing for their television debut on The David Letterman Show on Halloween. The tour kicks off November 7 in Seattle with additional dates to be added. Check after the jump for the official video announcement:

Conditions of My Parole is being recorded in Northern Arizona, where Keenan lives. Shortly after the first single “Man Overboard” leaked on YouTube in July the band released the official video.

In addition to touring with A Perfect Circle and continuing to create with Tool as well, he also owns vineyards where he produces his Caduceus Wines brand. This hobby-turned-lifestyle consumes much of the singers time, though he says wine making and music recording are complementary.

“[Recording music] is very much like winemaking,” Keenan said in a recent interview in Spin. “Pieces are developing individually, then you bring them together and they either fit together or they don’t. Eventually when you bring it all together, it integrates, then you spend a little bit of time working on it, and then you release it.”

Tickets for all shows go on-sale Friday, October 7 at 12 noon local time time via venue box offices, as well as Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites.  A limited number of VIP packages, featuring wine tastings and a more mysterious Puscifer encounter, will be available simultaneously via http://puscifer.frontgatetickets.com.
