After delays in obtaining their visas earlier this year led to five late April shows being postponed, Mogwai will once again have to postpone or cancel previously scheduled U.S. tour dates. Amongst the shows canceled will be their set at All Tomorrow’s Parties I’ll Be Your Mirror Festival this weekend.
However, the visa process is not the reason for the five canceled shows this time; instead the band has cited medical issues as the culprit.
It is with the utmost regret that for medical reasons we have to postpone our American shows this week and cancel the I’ll Be Your Mirror performance. We will announce new dates as soon as possible and apologise for the last minute nature of this announcement, announced Mogwai on their website.
