The Trey Spruance side-project-turned-fulltime-band, Secret Chiefs 3 has announced a September 13 release date for its latest single. The composition comes from two of the group’s satellite bands, Ishraqiyun and FORMS.

Secret Chiefs 3, a side-project started by Trey Spruance of Mr. Bungle and Faith No More, is well-known for keeping fans guessing about the group’s newest sounds, and their intricate makeup as 7 ‘satellite’ bands offers the group the versatility that it needs to produce something different with every release.
The group revealed their satellite groups on their 2004 release, Book of Horizons. The newest single release will let two of those groups stretch their legs once again—of course, all under the banner of Secret Chiefs 3.
