Former Bauhaus vocalist Peter Murphy and Californian Darkwave duo She Wants Revenge will embark on 30-city co-headline North American tour starting this November.
Murphy released his ninth studio album, cleverly titled Ninth, earlier this year and will tour behind that effort. She Wants Revenge, on the other hand, will tour behind their May Five Seven Music release, Valleyheart.
“My bass player and right hand man Jeff Schartoff tipped me off about She Wants Revenge. I like their no pussy-footing convincing blend of Americo/ Brit sensibilities with insightful words and testosterone…and a titch of Kole. I’m looking forward to it,” said Murphy via a recent press release regarding the tour.
Kicking off November 3 in Phoenix, AZ, the dates will run throughout November and early December before wrapping at Pomona, CA’s Glass House on Dec. 9. Post-punk outfit Hussie Cab will provide tour support.
