Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox will release Parralax with his Atlas Sound side project on November 8 via 4AD. To tide you over until then, we’ve got a stream of the album’s debut track, “Terra Incognita.”
Parralax will serve as Atlas Sound’s sixth release, most directly as the followup to 2010’s Bedroom Databank, which actually was separated into four different volumes of demos.
The track features a mellow, entrancing sound reminiscent of an early 70s acoustic classic rock ballad. Check it out for yourself below:
