Beck, Mike Patton, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Sean Lennon, Charlotte Kemp Muhl and others came together for a tribute concert to Serge Gainsbourg on Sunday, August 28 at the Hollywood Bowl. It marked 20 years since Gainsbourg’s death.
Songs including “Teenie Weenie Boppie” and “Les Sucettes” were played by Beck.
Patton and Muhl played “Ford Mustang” together.
Patton performing “L’hotel Particulier.”
Zola Jesus performed “Harley Davidson.”
Gordon-Levitt made his appearance and performed some of Gainsbourg’s work.
Lennon and Muhl also performed “Bonnie & Clyde” and “Comic Strip.”
