Queens Of The Stone Age Perform Fan Selected Set at Glastonbury

Before entering the studio for a month long recording session, Queens Of The Stone Age lit up the Other Stage at the Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts.  For their headline show at the festival, the band let fans vote on songs for the set list.

For the 14 song set fans picked a treasure trove of nostalgic tunes with most of the selection coming from the band’s 2000 and 2002 album releases, Rated R and Songs For The Deaf.  Regardless, the set list features songs throughout their discography save for their self-title release.

The band is currently in the midst of recording their upcoming untitled album expected out at the end of the year.  Once the recording sessions wrap up within the next few weeks, Queens Of The Stone Age will be back on the road with their first gig scheduled for July 23 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.  From Vegas the band will set out on a solid week of shows up the West Coast.
