A Perfect Circle has just recently kicked off their eMOTIVe tour. The band premiered a new song last night at Portland’s Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Video after the jump.
Despite the fact that, like every other live performance associated with Maynard James Keenan, there was a strict no-recording equipment policy a fan managed to sneak this lo-fi video of the new track entitled By and Down that closed Wednesday’s set. The song title was confirmed by a set list guitarist Billy Howerdel held up during the show, watch the video below.
