After four years of absence from the Icelandic artist, Bjork prepares to return with her newest LP and multimedia project, Biophilia.
As a teaser, fans can check out “Crystalline”, a track from the album, at Disco Naivete.
Like a lot of Bjork’s music, “Crystalline” uses a wide range of instruments including xylophones and drum machines.
Biophila, in collaboration with Apple, is being publicized as the world’s first “app album” as it will feature music videos and 10 separate apps housed within one large app.
Another song from the album, “Virus,” is expected to feature a gaming element, where users will have to halt the attack of a virus.
Biophilia will later be released as a conventional album online and on CD.
