Thrice Announces New Album

Thrice returns with their seventh studio album, Major/Minor, to be released on September 20 on Vagrant Records.

Dave Schiffman, mixer of Beggers and engineer of Vheissu, helped the band create this new record at Red Bull Studios in Santa Monica, CA.

Lead Singer Dustin Kensrue had this to say about the album:

“It’s definitely the most natural progression from record to record that we’ve had in a while. We did The Alchemy Index, which was totally different [from Vheissu]. Then Beggars was kind of the reaction against that. This kind of makes sense coming out of Beggars, but it’s definitely a different record,”

To accompany the album, Thrice will also begin a tour this fall.
