Electric Daisy Carnival Announces Las Vegas 2011 Lineup

The Electric Daisy Carnival has announced the line up for their late June Las Vegas event.  The event will host over 200 performers from musicians to dances, fire twirlers, aerialists, and stilt walkers.

For the 15th annual carnival Insomniac has chosen the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the event location while adding third day to the event.  EDC will take over the Motor Speedway from June 24 – 26.

“Given their history of success managing the large crowds and complex programming of NASCAR, there is no organization and venue more perfectly suited for this event than Las Vegas Motor Speedway,” said Insomniac founder, Pasquale Rotella.

Outfitted with six stages, featuring 13 large art installations and 28 carnival rides, EDC will make the most out of the 1,000 acre complex.  The event will also feature a nightly 15 minute fireworks show, the grandest pyrotechnics display in Insomniac history.
