Coming in hot off their performance in Indio, CA last week, the Big Four—Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer and Metallica—announced yesterday that they will come together again on US soil for show at Yankee Stadium in New York on September 14.
Announced via a post on Metallica’s website with an accompanying video featuring a message from James Hetfield, the show will be the Big Four’s second-ever US performance. Additionally, it is the second concert held at the new stadium.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 6 at Ticketmaster, but Metallica fan club members and Yankee season ticket holders will be treated to a pre-sale on Wednesday, May 4.
