In 2010, Rihanna (Roc Nation) was forced to cancel a number of U.S. shows on her “Last Girl on Earth” tour due to poor ticket sales. This year, things seem to be worse – her tour manager is advising her to cancel the entirety of her upcoming “Loud” tour.
According to the New York Post, ticket sales for some of Rihanna’s tour dates have been so low that they will barely cover arena costs like lighting. Insiders say she should be concentrating on theaters, not arenas. The tour starts June 4 in Baltimore. We’ll keep you posted.
