Word on the street is Radiohead‘s beloved front man Thom Yorke and mysterious emcee, DOOM are joining forces for an upcoming collaboration album. Check out the details after the jump.
DOOM drops some insight on the potential upcoming record in an interview with 3D World Magazine.
“…We’re working on some duets, some duet songs and shit. Just like preliminary shit but we’ll probably end up doing a whole record together.” He added, “He’s cool – he got a lot of ill ass ideas and shit, you know.”
DOOM and Yorke collaborating together may seem obscure. It’s been done before, but never to the extent of a full length album. Remember when Yorke remixed DOOM’s “Gazzillion Ear” as a bonus track for his 2009 album Born Like This?
That just about sums up all we know for now, but check back for more updates and hopefully a release date soon.
