Ilan Rubin has been creating, arranging and performing for years and has been involved with the music industry for most of his twenty two years.
After drumming for bands like Nine Inch Nails and Lostprohets, Rubin created the one-man outfit The New Regime in 2007. Now his creation, Speak Through the White Noise, set to be released digitally April 5th and physically April 26th, promises to offer a completely unique and genuine rock album.
