Panic! at the Disco has announced their first new album in three years entitled Vices and Virtues, heralded by their first single “The Ballad of Mona Lisa.” The track will be available at all digital retailers on February 1st – the same day as very special live performance at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom, tickets for which sold-out in one hour. The band will also be playing two European shows in both London and Germany. Vices and Virtues drops everywhere March 29th.
