Foo Fighters Reveal Glimpse of New Album

The Foo Fighters plan to release their seventh full length album this spring.

The band has created a teaser site to give fans a taste of “Bridge Burning”, the first song off the new record.

The album was recorded in the garage of lead singer Dave Grohl’s California home and offers an unique striped down version of a band which has headlined arenas all over the world.

In addition to the release of the album, Spitfire Pictures will also be producing documentary about the Foo Fighters to be directed by Academy Award winner James Moll. The documentary will follow the band from the very start of its creation to the recording of its newest album.

Fans can also expect the Foo Fighters to embark on a world tour as well as headline summer festivals including Washington state’s Sasquatch!, the UK’s Isle of White, Pink Pop in the Netherlands, Germany’s Southside and Hurricane, Oxegen in Ireland, T in the Park in Scotland, Optimus Alive in Portgual, and more to be announced as they are confirmed.
