It’s been a good couple of days for Trent Reznor, and now his week’s been capped by a win at the Golden Globes for Best Score for a Motion Picture for his work on “The Social Network.”
Last week Reznor announced that, among other exciting news, he’d be scoring David Fincher’s new adaptation of the hit novel “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” Now Fincher can say the score’s being done by a Golden Globe winner. While accepting the award last night, Reznor said, “A year ago I had no idea I’d have the opportunity to score a film. The idea of standing up here to accept this award is surreal.” He then tweeted “Holy shit!”
