Wanda Jackson Adds New Tour Dates

Wanda Jackson, otherwise known as the Queen of Rockabilly, has added more dates to her 2011 tour in support of her latest studio album. The Party Ain’t Over is set for a January 25th debut.

Among this additional string of tour dates are three with the Third Man House Band, featuring Jack White of White Stripes renown on guitar. White produced The Party Ain’t Over, and will be playing a second night at Los Angele’s El Ray Theater in addition to an already sold-out show.

The pair will also appear on The Late Show with David Letterman on January 20th and Conan on January 25th.  Jackson will begin performing solo on February 22nd in Philadelphia, following a two-week stint in Europe.

Michelle Rick: I like Pop Rocks, and believe your life is incomplete if you've never seen Forrest Gump. I recently saw the Counting Crows live, for free, and it was not good. I was supposed to interview David Hasselhoff once but he never showed. And I love the band that was once Oasis.
