The Streets to Retire

Mike Skinner, aka The Streets, let it be known that his fifth album, Computers and Blues, would be the final one released under that name.

The British rapper told Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe that he did not want to be “singing ‘Let’s Push Things Forward’ when I’m 40.”

Skinner reports that among the projects he hopes to embark on in the future, he is about to begin work on a debut film. The Streets will tour next month, starting at the Edinburgh Picture House on February 18^th.
