The first single from PJ Harvey’s forthcoming album, “The Words that Maketh Murder,” drops digitally on January 17th. The single will see a 7” vinyl release on February 7th.
An exclusive track, “The Guns Called Me Back Again,” will be included on the vinyl. Harvey’s eighth album, Let England Shake, is due out on February 14th.
A series of short films, one for each song on the album, has been produced by war photographer Seamus Murphy. Each film contains reporting footage shot around England, as well as performance footage of Harvey. His film for “The Last Living Rose” can be seen below.
