Indie rock/poppers Best Coast (Mexican Summer) and Wavves (Fat Possum), in addition to putting out two of the best albums of 2010, are touring together in January and February. As if you already weren’t going to the show, now there’s some incentive – the two will release a split 7″, available during the tour.
The 7″ will feature previously unreleased Best Coast track “When You Wake Up” and Wavves’ King of the Beach bonus track “Stained Glass (Won’t You Let Me Into Yr Heart).” The 7″ will be available at the band’s merch table during the tour. The songs will also be released on an iTunes sampler along with previously released songs from their 2010 albums.
