Experimental indie rockers Yeasayer (Secretly Canadian) had a pretty big year in 2010, and to top it off the band’s released a live set from a show in Brussels for download on its site via a name-your-own-price pay plan.
The set, entitled Live at Ancienne Belgique, was recorded on October 28th. Fans wishing to download the album can choose from a number of payment options, running from free to $9.99. On the site, the group wrote:
Dear Wonderful Fans,
To celebrate the close of 2010, your amazing support, and numerous requests, we have decided to unlock the Yeasayer vault and release this live show recorded at the lovely Ancienne Belgique in Brussels. We are letting you, the fans, name the price. See you in 2011.
