Portishead confirm that on the weekend of July 23 – 24, 2011 at Alexandra Palace, London, the first UK I’ll Be Your Mirror event will be curated by Portishead and ATP, and presented by All Tomorrow’s Parties. More event info and line ups after the jump.
Named after a b-side on The Velvet Underground’s All Tomorrow’s Parties single, I’ll Be Your Mirror is a series of artist curated events taking place in cities across the world. On July 23 and 24, Portishead will headline both nights with a different supporting line up for each night. Tickets will cost £59 per day with weekend tickets priced at £100. Also, while not confirmed by the band themselves, there is speculation about a possible new album release.
