The five-time Grammy nominated solo British singer announces his upcoming album release of Some Kind Of Trouble set for January 25, 2011. Also, his single from the album, “Stay The Night”, will be released November 2.

Some Kind Of Trouble is a compilation of musical stories, telling tales that are bittersweet, heartfelt, powerful, emotional, and real. The single, “Stay For The Night”, is a “sexy, acoustic driven party song”, and James Blunt worked along the side of OneRepublic‘s Ryan Tedder while writing the lyrics.
In comparison to his second album, All The Lost Souls, James Blunt explains the origin of inspiration for Some Kind Of Trouble.
“The second album was quite introverted…It was about perception. But these new songs are not about fame and celebrity – they’re about reality. I’ve been hanging out with my friends, writing songs about the world we live in, and where we want to go.”
