Mondo Cane to Make live US Debut

Mike Patton’s Mondo Cane will be making their live US debut this fall at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in San Francisco, CA.

Mondo Cane, a group that is dedicated to orchestral covers if mid-20th-century Italian pop songs, will play on US soil for the first time on October 3 at the HSB fest, a decade-strong festival that is free of admission charges.

The event is being held in San Francisco, CA at the Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park. Mondo Cane will take to the Star stage at 5:20, just after Elvis Costello’s set.

The group released their first self-titled release on Ipecac Recordings in May.
