The New Regime Releases First Song from Upcoming Album

Former Lostprophets and current Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin is the man behind The New Regime. Under this pseudonym, Rubin debuted his solo efforts in 2008 with COUP from COMMAND! Music.  Now, Rubin returns with The New Regime’s as-yet-untitled sophomore album.
