Former Lostprophets and current Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin is the man behind The New Regime. Under this pseudonym, Rubin debuted his solo efforts in 2008 with COUP from COMMAND! Music. Now, Rubin returns with The New Regime’s as-yet-untitled sophomore album. For those who can’t wait for the album to drop, Rubin is offering a taste of his new material with the song “Remission of Guilt,” which you can download after the jump.
