The Smashing Pumpkins have signed on to play this year’s MusicfestNW, a Portland, OR festival that is held in mid September. More info after the jump.
The Pumpkins will be playing the festival’s KUFO stage at Portland’s Wonderland Ballroom on September 11. Other high-profile artists playing the festival include The Decemberists, The National, Wiz Khalifa and The Walkmen.

Tickets for the festival recently went on sale and range from $65 for one outdoor show and the rest of the festival to $90 for all of the events.
