Experimental rockers, Battles, have announced that they will split ways (amicably) with their lead singer and guitarist, Tyondai Braxton. They decided to do so after Braxton expressed his desire not to tour with the band in order to focus on his solo career. Thus, Braxton will not tour with Battles or finish their second studio album with the band, slated to come out in 2011. A sad day for Battles fans worldwide.
