Terribly sad news today out of Oregon today. A van carrying members of death metal bands Early Graves and Funeral Pyre back to California from a show in Eugene, Oregon crashed, resulting in the fatality of Early Graves vocalist Makh Daniels. Click “read more” for more information.
Current reports say that the van’s driver fell asleep and lost control on the highway, causing the van travel off the shoulder and roll down off the freeway into a grassy area. While most occupants were wearing seatbelts, Daniels was seated in the rear cargo area and was ejected from the van when it rolled. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personnel.
