Ozzy Osbourne and Tommy Iommi of Black Sabbath have issued a statement indicating that they have amicably resolved their dispute over the ownership of the Black Sabbath name. Court proceedings had begun in May 2009 when Ozzy sought a court order that would grant him co-ownership of the Black Sabbath title. With the dispute resolved, both Ozzy and Iommi would like the public to know that the issue was never personal, it was always business.
