In a move which will surprise no one, Rage Against the Machine frontman Zach de la Rocha has announced that he is organizing a series of concerts and a boycott of Arizona venues to protest the state’s recently passed, totally not racist at all immigration law. More after the jump.
De la Rocha–who is almost certainly here illegally, and should be presumed to be armed, dangerous and probably high–has said that the concerts, entitled The Sound Strike, will attempt “to isolate the Arizona government but not isolate the people, and especially the organizations that are fighting this on the ground.” Aiding de la Rocha in his Communist subversion of Freedom are such godless elites as Maroon 5, Gogol Bordello, Ben Harper, My Morning Jacket, Cypress Hill, Pitbull, Steve Earle, Billy Bragg, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Anti-Flag, Throwing Muses, State Radio, Aztlan Underground and DJ Spooky.
If you see de la Rocha, remember that there is strength in numbers. Circle your minivans and trucks in order to protect your womenfolk and children, and, for the love of God, shoot to kill.
