The band has been sending some pretty strong signals over the past few months that they’re back in the studio recording some demos and putting together a new album. Fueling these rumors, band member/producer Chris Walla announced on his Twitter feed yesterday that he “started tracking the new DCFC record on Tuesday.”
Sadly, for those of you who have been watching the World Cup, he went on to announce that we should “expect vuvuzelas”, those monotonal horns that have been omnipresent throughout the World Cup broadcasts. Here’s to hoping that better sense prevails.
