Arcade Fire is scheduled to release their third full-length album, The Suburbs, via Merge Records. Two of the album’s songs were leaked yesterday, however the album won’t be in stores until August 3rd. Written, arranged, and performed by Arcade Fire, the new album was recorded in both Montreal and New York over the course of the last two years. A double A side, limited edition 12′ will be available in stores May 27th. Also, The Suburbs can be pre-ordered now, with immediate download of two tracks, “The Suburbs” and “Month of May.”
