Following up on our earlier posts on the subject, How to Destroy Angels, the new project from Nine Inch Nails’ front man Trent Reznor, his wife Mariqueen Maandig and Atticus Ross have just revealed their first formal video via Pitchfork.com. The video is for the song “The Space in Between” and features the band staged as if murdered yet still able to sing while a separate couple in the room continues on as if they don’t notice the carnage. The song is a patient, meditative track, complete with nuanced drum machine squelches and taps while Maandig breezily sings her way through the cacophony. See the video below:
