The Oxford band Supergrass has announced that they are going their separate ways. According to Stereogum, the band said in statement that they “still love each other but, cliché notwithstanding, musical differences have led to us moving on and of course we all wish each other well in the future.” According to Billboard, “British media reports” that the band was working on a seventh album at the time the band separated and it is unclear if the album or any of its material will be released. Supergrass will be playing four final shows in Europe this June and tickets go on sale this Friday, April 16.
