Toronto-based Crystal Castles have announced that on April 17, Record Store Day, the band will put out new single titled “Doe Deer.” The “Doe Deer” 12″ is exclusive to Record Store Day and is presented by Fiction/Lies. The single will be accompanied by three tracks recorded in 2004, the band’s pre-electronic era. It is limited to 500 copies, and there will not be a digital release or CD follow up. Crystal Castles have finished recording their second album to be released this June.
