This Shreveport, Louisiana experimental metal band is led by the enigmatic vocalist Krysta Cameron who possesses a voice so original, it stands in a class by itself. Equal parts Bjork on helium and shredded shriek, she stunned the crowd with her versatility and control. There were echoes of Mr. Bungle and in the quirky but powerful set, including songs from their first full length, It’s All Happening. This was a menage of metalcore with loungy jazz breaks and fascinating time changes coming from nowhere and pummeling the late tween crowd then awakened from the midday crawl.
